It seems like Ubisoft’s next installment in the Assassin’s Creed franchise has been leaked yet again. According to an Amazon listing, Assassin’s Creed Ragnarok will indeed be the next game in the long-running franchise. We previously reported on other leaks about the game, and this one might just seal the deal.

The listing was spotted on Amazon Germany and Italy, along with other listings on Gamestop. We’ve been theorizing for quite a while that Assassin’s Creed Ragnarok will be a cross-gen release. The game, according to rumors, might be announced alongside the PS5 reveal coming in the upcoming weeks. Ubisoft could also reveal it at E3 2020 as the company has traditionally done so in the past.

As we reported on a previous leak, Ragnarok might include features like 4-player co-op, a bigger open world that 2018’s Odyssey and be set in Norse mythology. The protagonist will start off as a simple trader but progress into becoming a trained Assassin. The leaker also claims that Christian Templars will factor into the plot. Ragnarok will supposedly end the modern-day storyline that’s been cooking since Origins. Another huge surprise is that the game will include co-op and a return of the Brotherhood’s recruitment system, which will work together. Apparently, it will be revealed at February’s State of Play conference, so PlayStation might be the console partner for the franchises’ 2020 release.
