Today, Xiaomi announced its first 5G smartphone under the Redmi brand, the Redmi Note 10T 5G. The Note 10T 5G is a rebadged Redmi Note 10 5G launched in China in April. It offers a 90Hz display, Dimensity 700 SoC and a 48MP camera.
Redmi Note 10 5G: Specifications and Features
The Redmi Note 10T 5G sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ LCD panel with a 90Hz adaptive refresh rate (a first for Xiaomi in India). Moreover, it comes with a 360-degree light sensor that can detect and adjust the brightness accordingly. There’s a centred punch-hole cutout housing the 8MP selfie camera.

Mediatek’s Dimensity 700 SoC powers the Redmi Note 10T 5G, a 5G chipset based on a 7nm process node. The Dimensity 700 SoC is coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. It also comes with a dedicated microSD slot with support for upto 1TB of storage expansion. The Note 10T 5G boasts a 5000mAh battery with support for 18W charging though it comes with a 22.5W fast charger in the box. It runs Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 out of the box. It features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm audio jack with Hi-Res audio support, along a USB-C. Moreover, it offers dual 5G standby.
The Redmi Note 10T 5G comes with a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 48MP primary camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. The camera offers features such as Night Mode, SlowMo, Colour Focus, Pro Colour and more. The camera can record videos at up to 1080p @ 30fps.

It will be available in four colours – Marvellous Metallic Blue, Magnificent Mint Green, Classy Chromium White, and Gorgeous Graphite Black.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10T 5G: Pricing and Availability
The Redmi Note 10T 5G will be available in two storage variants starting July 26 through Mi Store and Amazon India.

- 6GB+128GB: Rs. 15,999
Xiaomi is also offering discounts of up to Rs. 1,000 through HDFC credit card.
