PlayStation Showcase brings new Marvel games made by Insomniac Games. Sony is very well known for its exclusive games, and to start this next generation of consoles, the brand had even announced a lot of different games. Now, they’ve also showcased much more games at the PlayStation Showcase 2021, and to everyone’s surprise, the star of the show was Insomniac Games as they’ve announced a whole bunch of new games directly related to Marvel.
As for the announcements, Insomniac Games have announced a new Spider-Man game, and it is supposed to be a sequel to the very popular Spider-Man Miles Morales, which was released in 2020. While Insomniac Games haven’t revealed anything about the actual gameplay, in the reveal trailer, they have included both Miles and Peter from the previous two games, which hints that we might be able to switch between both the characters during certain missions or while free-roaming.
Furthermore, at the end of the trailer, they have revealed Venom, which could be the main antagonist of the game. It would be very interesting to see Venom in action because, in the previous games, there wasn’t a lot of mention about him. Also, according to the developers, the game is still in development, and it should come in 2023. That’s a pretty long wait, but that’s all the information we have for now.

Later, Insomniac Games even revealed the Wolverine game teaser, which will be another PlayStation exclusive. While the short teaser doesn’t reveal a lot of details, all we know as of now is that we would get to play as Logan himself, and in the teaser, we get to see him reveal his Adamantium claws while in a Bar Fight.
While not an exclusive game, but we also got to see more about Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy game at the PlayStation Showcase, which was revealed previously. We got a much better idea about how the game would be like this time around. The game will be coming on October 26, 2021, for the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series S|X, Xbox One, and PC.
