OnePlus had re-entered the sub Rs. 25,000 premium mid-range market with the Nord and attracted a lot of attention. It was well packaged but came with its share of flaws. We now have reports, which show the successor, the Nord 2, on BIS certification. So let’s take a look.

OnePlus Nord 2 India Launch Confirmed

OnePlus Nord CE 5G, which internationally will succeed Nord N10, was spotted with a codename EBBA and model number EB2101. On the other hand, OnePlus Nord 2 was registered with codename Denniz and model number DN2101.

This was leaked by tipster Mukul Sharma, who added that the official name was still under wraps. But we can safely say that Denniz and EBBA would essentially turn out to be the new Nord and Nord N10 models. So while India was left out, when the Nord N10 and N100 were launched internationally, it seems we might get the successor.

Hardware Rumours For the Nord 2 and Nord CE 5G

The rumour mill around the Nord 2 suggests that the OnePlus Nord 2 will draw power from the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor. The processor is a 6nm chipset and has the ability to support true dual sim 5G. The Nord CE 5G, on the other hand, is speculated to get a 90Hz high refresh panel and 64MP quad-camera set up.
