The successor to Google’s Pixel series- the Google Pixel 5 is expected to launch in October this year. Till then let’s see the recent leaks about this upcoming phone.
The Google Camera app has actually indirectly confirmed some specs for the Pixel 5 and Pixel 5 XL. The most shocking leak here is that the phone may not be the true flagship.

It is tough to predict the pricing at this point, but going by the trends, the Pixel 5 will be priced in the ballpark of $800 – $900 USD, similar to the Pixel 4, if not higher.

According to the recent leaks, Google Pixel 5 Series will come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G. This comes as a surprise since the Pixel lineup primarily consists of flagships apart from the “a” series. Google can very much reverse the rumored decision and reinsert of high-end chipset once again. Now it’s the waiting game to see what Google ultimately does with the Pixel 5. The phones should support 5G connectivity.
Now moving to the cameras, one of the three lenses here is apparently wide-angle, and the front face of the phone may be to be similar to Pixel 4. But the bezel may come smaller this time.
The phone could have a reverse charging feature and Android 11 right of the bat. By this, you could easily power up other devices like earbuds, a watch, or another phone.
