    ELDEN RING | FROM SOFTWARE

After years of absence and anticipation, FROM SOFTWARE’s upcoming game Elden Ring made a comeback during Geoff Keighley’s Summer Game Fest with a new gameplay trailer.

Elden Ring was first revealed back in 2019 during Microsoft’s E3 conference, and nothing has been shown of the game since. Nothing, unless you count bad quality leaks. The new trailer for Hidetaka Miyazaki’s next game shows us a glimpse of what lies ahead in the new action RPG.

The trailer shows off plenty of gameplay footage, all running at a smooth 60 FPS, which is most likely captured from the new-gen consoles PC. The trailer shows a variety of locations, boss fights and some new gameplay mechanics which seem to be a mix between Sekiro’s faster pace and Dark Souls’ heavier combat.

Elden Ring will release on January 21, 2022, on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series consoles and of course PC. For a clear look at this year’s E3 schedule, do check out our guide adjusted for India. Now, how about that Bloodborne next-gen patch then…
