Along with new iPads and Apple Watch(es), Apple also announced its new Amazon Prime like subscription — Apple One. It bundles all the services that Apple offers, from News+ to Fitness+ and 2TB iCloud storage. Here’s everything you need to know.
Apple One Subscription: Take it or Leave it?
“Apple One makes enjoying Apple subscription services easier than ever, including Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, iCloud, and more,” said Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior vice president of Internet Software and Services.
Apple One is available in three tiers — Individual, Family and Premier. Apple will also offer a 30-day trial to those who want to try this subscription.
- Individual
The individual package includes a subscription to Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and 50GB of iCloud storage for $14.95 per month. If you buy these services “individually”, they cost over $20 per month. It will be available for Rs. 195 per month in India.
- Family
This will bag you Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and 200GB of iCloud storage for $19.95 per month, and can be shared among up to six family members. This plan will save you over $8 per month, as compared to individual subscriptions. It will be available for Rs. 365 per month in India.
- Premier
This is the top of the line line package that bundles Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, Apple Fitness+, and 2TB of iCloud storage for $29.95 per month. This, too, can be shared with up to six family members.
Apple One Price in India
Apple One will be available starting this fall. The Premier plan will only be available in Australia, Canada, the UK, and the US only. There’s no word on the Indian pricing as of now, and we’ll update this article once it is available.
