Looks like the Android 10 OTA update will start rolling out today to Pixel users worldwide. Canadian telecommunications aggregator Rogers couldn’t keep the launch date under wraps as it was swiftly spotted on their customer support page by popular website 9to5Google.

This update will be rolling out to almost all Pixel devices excluding the first generation. To clarify, this means that if you own a Pixel 2, 2XL, 3, 3XL, 3A, or 3A XL you will most likely be receiving the update today!

Android One phones will probably be the next on the list to get the update!

Unfortunately Google has decided to ditch the desert themed monicker for its latest iteration of this open-source OS. Android 10 will be the first firmware from Google that won’t be named after a popular dessert. In our opinion this sort of takes the fun out of the whole “guess the dessert” charade that seems to happen every year.

It remains to be seen if this piece of leaked information is a 100 percent accurate, so take this news with a pinch of salt. However, you can expect your phone to get the update at least before the end of September, come what may!
