With AMD’s Radeon RX 6000 (‘Big Navi’) reveal just a few short days away, more leaked benchmarks are showing up every day. However, a new benchmark leak might put the as of yet unannounced RX 6800 XT to be faster than NVIDIA’s RTX 3080!

We have compiled all of this data in a handy chart that you can view below:

The new benchmarks have been leaked courtesy of Igor’s lab and Wccftech. First up is Igor’s Lab, who are reporting benchmark scores from Firestrike Extreme, 3D Mark Time Spy and Port Royal, all running at 4K. They report that they actually received scores in percentage, which was then converted to tangible scores by benchmarking the other cards in the chart.

It’s interesting to note that while the RX 6800 XT (‘Big Navi’) is scoring higher than the RTX 3080, it falls behind when ray tracing is in use. However, with ray tracing it still scores a tad bit higher than the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, which falls in line with previous reports & AMD’s publically shared benchmarks.

Next up are similar benchmark scores shared by Wccftech, which show a similar gap in performance.

Lastly, we’ve also got @KittyYYuko who has shared numbers of 4 different benchmarks. You can see the same data visualized by @harukaze5719 posted on Videocardz.

All of this should still be taken in with a grain of salt, but all past reports point to RDNA 2 matching NVIDIA’s RTX 30 series because of its higher clocks and power usage. Right now, all signs point to AMD’s Big Navi card being as fast (if not faster) than NVIDIA’s top of the line GPU. It must be noted that we’re not counting the RTX 3090 which might be a beast but is really a Titan RTX card rebranded.

As always, we’ll be sure to keep you in the loop when AMD does officially release the new graphics cards. Be sure to stick around as we’re planning on reviewing these cards with the new Zen 3 (Ryzen 5000) CPUs, whenever they drop.
