Having food while watching TV is a terrible practice as it diverts our mind, making it difficult for us to relish the taste of food. One doesn’t realize the quantity of food consumed or if more is needed. This can also prove to be a cause of obesity.

It is proved that multitasking reduces the concentration level and degrades the efficiency of work. Performing one task at a time reduces stress and tension. A daily routine can be developed for sleeping and various activities of the day. By practicing the same, we can live a hale and hearty life.
