Deadpool 2 Trailer Is Here : Assemble X-Force

With the smash hit that the first Deadpool was, 20th Century Fox would have to be naive to not invest heavily in the inevitable sequel. And it shows. While still not ‘officially’ revealing the title for the Untitled Deadpool sequel (which, by the way would totally be accurate), the second trailer gives us a fair idea of what the sequel is going to be about.

The trailer reveals the reason behind Cable’s inclusion in the sequel, along with Julian Dennison’s (from The Hunt For The Wilderpeople fame) importance to the plot. Fan favorites like Weasel and Dopinder return, along with Vanessa, squashing the earlier rumors of her not being in the film. And finally, the main talk of the trailer : X-Force.

But while it does seem like the stakes have been raised, along with the number of explosions, it remains to be seen whether the movie will actually surpass the original. The first one was, after all, a smash hit and was immediately considered to be a modern classic. Here’s hoping Deadpool 2 lives up to the hype.
