It’s already a good year for Xiaomi, looks like it’s not going to stop either. Xiaomi’s aggressive strategy in India is doing wonders. The latest findings suggest Redmi Note 10 and 10 Pro models would go on sale in March. Reports also indicate successful round of sale for the newly launched POCO M3 on Flipkart on day 1 itself! Xiaomi teases Redmi Note 10
The Redmi Note series has always been the products to be looked out for from the house of Xiaomi and it surely is milking greatly on the anticipation by teasing the models that are about to go on sale in March.
We have been covering Redmi Note 10’s speculations and looks like we are correct. The baseline Redmi Note 10 will get a 120Hz FHD+ LCD panel with punch-hole cutout for the camera. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 732G and backed up by 4GB/64GB or 6GB/64GB RAM and onboard storage options. But we are up for a surprise with the bigger Redmi Note 10 Pro. Informant Mukul Sharma suggests that the Redmi Note 10 Pro might benefit from a 108MP camera unit alongside an AMOLED display which would be a first for a Redmi Note device. It is possible that the plain jane Redmi Note 10 might settle for a lower grade processor if the Pro models start using the SD 732G.
Xiaomi India is planning to sell the Redmi Note 10 devices through its own website alongside Amazon.
POCO M3 scores big: 1.5 lakh units sold on day 01!
The POCO M3 took some time to hit our shores but looks like the delay didn’t do much to kill its buzz and the response it received was pretty good. POCO, the Xiaomi owned brand, claims that over 30 lakh odd customers expressed their interest in the device. More than 1,50,000 odd consumers got their hand on the device after the first sale that went live on February 9th on Flipkart. Click on the button below to head to POCO M3 on Flipkart.
The POCO M3 features a 6.53″ FHD+ display with a drop like notch at the top. It is powered by a Snapdragon 662 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and up to 128GB UFS 2.2 onboard storage. For the juice, the M3 depends on 6000mAh battery which supports 18W fast charging. The smartphone also features a triple camera set up, side-mounted fingerprint sensor and USB Type C port. Traditional to Xiaomi devices, the POCO M3 also benefits from an IR Blaster and retains the 3.5mm headphone jack.
The POCO M3 will go on sale on Flipkart on 16th February 2020 at 12 noon.
