ViewSonic India, on Tuesday, expanded its ViewBoard 50 interactive flat panel lineup with the launch of next-generation ViewBoard 50-3. Succeding the ViewBoard 50-2, the Viewboard 50-3 comes with a whole new user interface, equipped with a much faster processor than the last generation, bringing more efficient and user-friendly features.
The ViewSonic ViewBoard 50-3 is a result of the increased demand for the hybrid mode of learning after the pandemic. The ViewBoard 50-3 focuses more on bridging the physical classroom and virtual learning spaces closer together into a complete education.
ViewSonic ViewBoard 50-3 Features
The newly launched ViewBoard 50-3 comes with a low blue light certification by TUV Lab, providing a display that is not harmful to student’s eyes. Further, it brings 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM onboard while running on Android 8.0. The ViewBoard 50 series also feature wireless content sharing that allows students to share their screens to the ViewBoard and vice versa with the built-in ViewBoard Cast app. The ViewBoard 50-3 is equipped with 2.1 stereo speakers consisting of a built-in subwoofer. It also contains shared USB Ports, including a SmartPort USB for internal and external PCs, along with myViewBoard Manager and LAN RS232 port command for easy remote control.
The ViewBoard 50-3 has a lag-free, pen-on-paper writing experience that improves writing accuracy, creating a natural flow during a student-teacher interaction with its synchronous writing performance. The dual pen automatically detects pen diameter and has different colors and thicknesses. There’s a 1080P camera which can be mounted on the top separately.
ViewBoard 50-3 comes with support for Object Recognition and Windows Ink, which eases making annotations, writing, and drawing on the whiteboard, creating more collaborative and interactive meetings on Office365 or Windows Ink. The myViewBoard app also allows one to remotely manage multiple installations.
The ViewBoard 50-3 is available in four different sizes- 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch and 86-inch which are priced at INR 1,99,000, INR 3,90,000, INR 7,00,000, INR 9,50,000 respectively.
