Three New Dark Nights: Death Metal One-Shots on the Way: DC

The coronavirus pandemic had affected almost every facet of everyone’s lives, and that is true for the comic book industry as well. however, it is now gradually coming back to life and fans are focusing on what’s in store for the future. And for DC fans, that’s probably the long-awaited Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo’s Dark Nights: Death Metal. It is the follow-up event to Dark Nights: Metal.

The new chapter will provide new and interesting takes on iconic characters, which is probably not going to slow down any time soon. A few days ago, DC announced three upcoming one-shots for the Dark Nights: Death Metal event. It will show how DC’s darkest knights affect the various corners of the DC universe.

The three one-shots, each 48 pages – Trinity Crisis, Speed Metal, and Multiverse’s End – will have many fan-favourites. This includes Snyder, The Flash’s Joshua Williamson, Batman’s James Tynion IV and Francis Manapul and Juan Gedeon. And considering the covers, fans are in for one genre-bending experience.

The three one-shots will all be a part of the event. It will include Snyder and Capullo’s main series and two anthologies – Legends of the Dark Knights and Dark Nights: Death Metal Guide Book.
