Spotify finally arrives in India – Starts at just 129/Month

After months of rumors, leaks and speculations the wait is finally over as Spotify has decided to launch its service in India ahead of the official Launch.

This is great news for all the users who thus far have been relying on VPNs and other means to access the service but whats even better is the pricing scheme.

There is a 30-day free trial for the Premium subscription after which you have to pay a measely Rs 129 per month (Rs 119 for the first month). Additionally you can vouch to pay just Rs 13 per day with the option for a weekly or fortnightly subscription as well.

For heavy users there are 6 and 12 month plans at Rs 1189 which is a slightly better value at roughly Rs 99 per month and will likely be the most popular plan too.

Another major convenience Spotify has decided to offer is the payment method which not only supports debit and credit cards but Paytm and UPI as well.
