    New PS5 Dev Kit Image Leaked Before Official Reveal – Will Sony Respond?

    Just recently Sony unveiled the official logo for the PS5. However, it seems like another batch PS5 dev kit images have made their way online. The following images were seemingly taken by someone who got access to the dev kits that have been sent out to developers for creating next-gen games.

    While it could very well be a doctored image, we have seen confirmation that the previous images of the dev kits were real. This one seems to be taken from the same office. We can also see the Dualshock 5- the controller that will ship with the PS5 once it launches this year. The images found their way to Reddit soon after.

    Sony is planning to launch the PS5 at the end of this year, with an official reveal expected in February. Currently, the only game that’s been confirmed to come out on the console is Godfall. After Microsoft announced their Xbox Series X at last year’s Game Awards, we expect Sony to reveal their console sooner rather than later. After all, the console specs have been basically leaked already. All that remains is for Sony to unveil the new PlayStation’s official design, along with some clarification on the new hardware improvements like raytracing.
