Redmi 10 is still weeks away, but the images and specifications of Xiaomi’s upcoming budget smartphone, Redmi 10, is already doing the rounds of the internet. Courtesy of a listing on a Singapore based e-commerce website, Courts, the images and specifications of the Redmi 10 is now leaked well before its official launch.
The Redmi 10 is rumoured to feature a 6.5-inch FHD+ hole-punch display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The fingerprint sensor is expected to be embedded in the power button. Moreover, the display is reported to come with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The rear panel is reported to be made of plastic with a huge Mi 11 inspired camera island.

The listing suggests that Mediatek’s latest Helio G88 SoC will power the Redmi 10. The Helio G88 is an octa-core SoC with two Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 2.0GHz and six A55 cores. The chip inside will be coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Further, it will boast a 5000mAH battery with support for 18W fast charging. The Redmi 10 will come with MIUI 12 on top of Android 11.

The Redmi 10 is expected to come with a 50MP camera accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a pair of 2MP cameras for macro and portrait shots. It may come with an 8MP camera housed inside the centred hole-punch cutout at the front on the front. However, there’s not much information about which 50MP sensor Xiaomi might be opting for, so we might have to wait until the launch to know more.
There’s no word available on the launch yet, but we expect it to launch soon, considering it already made its way to the e-commerce websites. As of now, the Redmi 10 is listed at SGD249 for the 6GB+128GB storage variant. The Redmi 10 is expected to be available in Gray, White, and Blue.
