Realme GT Series Launched in India With Super AMOLED Display – Starts at ₹25,999

The Oppo sub-brand, Realme, has finally taken the wraps off its new flagship GT series of smartphones in India. The series comprises two models, namely Realme GT Master Edition and Realme GT 5G, where the former is a mid-ranger while the latter is a flagship handset. Also, since the X series has been replaced by the GT series, the Realme GT 5G is the successor to last year’s Realme X50 Pro. Let’s take a look at the specifications and pricing of these smartphones.

Realme GT 5G Specifications

Realme GT 5G brings a horde of flagship features to the table at an affordable price tag. It features a 6.43-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 1,000 nits of peak brightness. Its display also boasts a 120Hz refresh rate support and a 360Hz touch sampling rate that will entice gaming enthusiasts. Now coming to what’s powering the device is top-of-the-line Snapdragon 888 SoC. It is the most affordable phone in India with this chip. The powerful SoC is paired with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of fast UFS3.1 internal storage. Moreover, there is also Dynamic RAM Expansion support to expand the RAM by up to 7GB using the inbuilt storage.
