The Oppo Reno 2 is all set to go official today and it has already been listed by the Chinese retailer JD.com. The pictures on the website confirm that the smartphone will be offered in a range of three colours and the design looks quite similar to that of its predecessor’s – the Reno 10x, that was announced way back in April. Reno 2 will come with an additional rear camera and unlike the Reno 10x, it will not feature a periscopic camera module.

The listing also confirms that the Reno 2 will be sporting a 6.5″ display with DCI-P3 colour gamut and a brightness of 500nits. TENAA has already confirmed that it will be an FHD+ resolution panel.

The Oppo Reno 2 will be available in an 8GB RAM and 128GB variant. In term of optics, it will feature a quad-camera setup at the rear with a 48MP main camera, a 13MP telephoto lens, 8MP ultrawide camera and 2MP depth sensor. Oppo has already confirmed that Reno 2 will be powered by the Snapdragon 730G SoC and will come with unique camera features like Ultra Dark Mode, Ultra Steady Mode, 5x Hybrid Zoom, and 20x Digital Zoom.

Stay tuned for the details after the official launch.
