When Nvidia announced the pricing for their RTX cards last year, we found out that they were significantly costlier than their predecessors. Consequently, many were concerned about the pricing of RTX laptops as well. Well you can let out a sigh of relief as a vendor revealed their details and the situation isn’t dire after all.

Cyberpower’s new Tracer III 17R comes with a 15.6-inch monitor, a Geforce RTX 2070, an 8th gen Core i7, 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD. All of this at a moderate price of $1,800. Its larger 17.6-inch variant goes for around $1900. It also packs a mechanical keyboard with per-key lighting.

Those on a tighter budget can go for the Tracer III 15R with an H-class intel CPU and a Geforce RTX 2060. This sells for roughly $1500.

This pricing is super-realistic and surprising for many, as most of the 1060 laptops sold for similar fares. Most of the vendors haven’t revealed their details of RTX laptops yet, and it’ll surely be interesting to see what they’re offering.
