NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX Super cards, namely the RTX 2060 Super and the 2070 Super are now available for purchase for ₹34,450 and ₹43,460, respectively. However, there’s one tiny little discrepancy. Unlike Newegg and Micro-center, none of the Indian retailers are bundling Wolfenstein: Young Blood and Control along with the GPUs. This is really unfortunate as the two games collectively cost more than $100 and (kind of) make up for the Supers being more expensive than the competing AMD Radeon RX 5700 and the 5700 XT.
So I was updated on this. Turns out you do get the bundles but have to do a bit of running around:
First , go the board partner’s website and find the redemption page.- There you have to enter your GPUs serial number, date of purchase and upload a copy of the receipt.
- Shortly afterward, they’ll send you the code which you have to redeem via GeForce Experience.
Well, what do you know? Graphics cards in India are not just expensive, but the retailers (or NVIDIA) strip away the game bundles too. This is yet another reason to stick to Navi (or if there’s a price drop, but that seems unlikely at this point).
