Renowned overclocker “K|NGP|N” (pronounced KINGPIN) has managed to push the EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti KINGPIN Hybrid even further. The beast was paired with an i9 9980XE on the EVGA X299 DARK and 32 GB of quad-channel DDR4 RAM.

The overclocker has managed to push the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti to a phenomenal 2.7 GHz core clock on LN2, breaking his previous world record, yet again. A whopping 17 Gbps memory clock was also recorded with the max power target spec of (+7%). For context, the stock RTX 2080 Ti runs on 14 Gbps memory clock and a boost clock of 1545 MHz.

KINGPIN’s overclocked 2080 Ti scored 11744 on 3D mark, gaining the 1st position in 3DMark Portal’s Royal Hall of Fame.


The EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti KINGPIN Hybrid was showcased at CES 2019 and it features a hybrid cooling design with a built-in display for temp status, core clock etc. The card will be priced somewhere between $1500 – $2000.
