NVIDIA has announced a new GeForce RTX-Game On special event scheduled for January 12, 2021. The event will be taking place just a day after CES 2021, and we’re expecting the company to announce its plans regarding budget RTX graphics cards as well as mobile GPU plans.

We previously reported on NVIDIA’s plans to fast-track the release of RTX mobile GPUs paired with AMD Ryzen CPUs for laptops. If those reports are still indicative of NVIDIA’s plans, then we might be looking at the launch of RTX Studio laptops in January.

Of course, we can still expect the company to announce the next batch of RTX 30 series graphics cards. As per previous reports, the RTX 3060 is expected to be revealed with 2 VRAM configurations, and we might see an RTX 3050 also.
