The Nokia 8 received its Android Pie update back in December but users in India still haven’t. Now, Juho Sarvikas (HMD’s CPO) announced that the update is coming next week. He also announced that the update for the Nokia 6 will start rolling next week.
Even if HMD Global misses the target next week, it’s still in line with the roadmap that the manufacturer released a few weeks back. He also warned that the updates could potentially be delayed if their team encounters serious bugs right before release.
