After many delays, we’re finally getting The Last of Us Part II soon! Naughty Dog recently announced the game has gone gold, and has just now put up a new story trailer.

The new trailer again puts a great emphasis on Ellie’s revenge quest. We also know now that the game will in fact include at least a few flashbacks, although we don’t know whether they’ll be playable. We also got some good look at Joel and how he’s been doing since the events of the first game, but it’s pretty clear by now that Ellie is the main protagonist this time around.

As previously reported, The Last of Us: Part II will now release on June 19. While the game is scheduled to come out on PS4, we’re still waiting for any official confirmation by Sony or Naughty Dog regarding any potential PS5 upgrade.
