The redesigned rollout was a server side one but it is possible to move to an older version of Snapchat, . Download it

2. Uninstall the current version from your phone.

Delete the current version of the Snapchat after you have installed the new APK.

3. Install the new APK

Go to the location where the APK file has been downloaded and install the app. If it shows a pop-up message or error, go to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources and toggle the switch.

4. Login to your Account

Before the redesign {Source:XDA}Login to your account and now you will be able to see the old UI. There will be issues where you have to reboot and logout and login, but it’ll work unless Snapchat completely disables this version.

5. Turn off Auto-UpdateSnapchat on Play Store(Source: XDA)

This is the last step and you are done! Go to Play Store and turn off Auto-Update for the apps. This will stop your Snapchat from installing the latest version everytime you are connected to Wi-Fi.
