Silicon Lottery had accidentally listed the two upcoming intel processors along with their retail prices. The site had recently put up a new page for the new generation of Coffee Lake-R processors and along with the pricing. The prices have since been removed but have already been leaked by a lot of social media and media outlets.

Intel i9-9900K

The i9-9900K Retails for Around $480 US and the i7-9700K for Around $370 US

As of now, only two out of the three unlocked SKUs are listed on the site. These are the Core i9-9900K which comes with 8 cores and 16 threads and the Core i7-9700K with 8 cores and 8 threads. The Core i9-9900K was listed for a price of $480 US which is around $100 US higher than the Core i7-8700K (Intel’s previous flagship processor). The Core i7-9700K is listed for $370 US which is the same price as the Core i7-8700K.

Intel Core i9-9900K: 8 Cores and 16 Thread CPU With 4.7 GHz All 8 Core Boost Frequency

This is Intel’s flagship SKU for this year which means it is probably the best performer you’d be able to find out there right now. It is the first consumer chip by Intel to boast an impressive 8 cores along with a 16 thread count. It’ll feature a 15MB L3 cache and will come alongside an Intel UHD 620 graphics chip.

The clock speeds take the cake here though, with a base clock of 3.6GHz out of the box and a 5.0GHz boost clock in single and dual core operation, this thing sure works wonders. It gives a clock of 4.8 GHz for 4 core while 6/8 core boost is rated at 4.7 GHz. This is the highest frequency for a SKU of these specs. The whole configuration runs on a package of 95W.

Intel Core i7-9700K: 8 Cores and 8 Thread CPU With 4.6 GHz All 8 Core Boost Frequency

The newest iteration of the top i7 line processor comes with a configuration of 8 cores and 8 thread, which is very different from what the rumors had suggested. It has lower threads than the Core i7-8700K but a higher count which could means better multi-threaded performance, but not by much.

In terms of clock speeds, the chip has a base clock of 3.6 GHz and boosts up to 4.9 GHz in single, 4.8 GHz in dual-core, 4.7 GHz in four core and 4.6 GHz in 6/8 core operations. The TDP for this part is maintained at the same 95W.
