Honor 9X Pro with Huawei App Gallery launched in India

Huawei sub-brand has now revealed its Honor 9X Pro smartphone in India. The smartphone has already been launched for the global markets, and now it has made its way to India as the Indian government as relaxed e-commerce guidelines amid the lockdown.

Honor 9X Pro is priced at the cost of INR 17999 for the single, 6GB RAM + 256GB of storage model. It comes in the two color options of Phantom Purple and Midnight Black.

The phone will go on sale for their first time later this month as a part of the Special Early Access Sale. There is a discount of INR 3000 and no-cost EMI options for around six months for customers participating in the early sale. It will be available for the order from Flipkart starting from the 19th of May and will go on sale on 21st and 22nd May.

The Honor 9X Pro comes with a Huawei own AppGallery instead of Google Play Services and Play Store with the HUAWEI Assistant coming soon.

Honor 9X Pro Specifications

On the specifications part, the Honor 9X comes with a 6.59-inch full HD+ 19.5:9 2.5D curved glass display with a pixel resolution of 1080 x 2340. It is supported by a Kirin 810 chipset that is paired with the RAM of 6GB and 256GB of storage. Users can further expand the storage by around 512GB by adding a MicroSD card.

The Honor 9X Pro operates on the Android 9 Pie OS with the EMUI 9.1 custom skin on the top of it. It is backed by a battery of 4000mAh that carries support for the fast charging via USB Type-C.

On the photography department, the 9X Pro is equipped with a triple rear camera setup with a combination of a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP super wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it has a 16MP pop-up camera.

Some of the connectivity options on the Honor 9X Pro include 4G VoLTE, Dual SIM support, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The device measurements are 163.1mm x 77.2mm x 8.8mm and weigh around 206 grams.
