GeForce RTX 2080 Ti “Without” Cooler Being Sold by Colorful

Colorful is not new to selling graphics cards without cooling solutions. They have almost no competition in this particular segment of GPUs. These naked cards are intended for customers planning to use water blocks for taking care of the thermals. These cards are generally sold directly to Internet Cafes as they favor putting water blocks on their high-end systems which help in reducing the temperature and noise in the room. Now, they’ve come up with a similar cooler-less design for the GeForce RTX 2080Ti.

The cooler-less GeForce RTX being sold by Colorful is basically an iGame GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Advanced with the whole triple-fan cooling system removed. This obviously brings down the card’s price, but the availability is still an issue. It is highly unlikely for this naked RTX 2080 Ti to be sold outside the Chinese market. It does not use a custom PCB which is evident from the NVIDIA logo present in the reference designs. This will make the process of finding a compatible water block for this card much easier for the users. As mentioned earlier, the card won’t be released for regular consumers as the warranty terms on this graphics card could prove to be quite an issue as users might destroy the card if the water blocks are not installed properly.
