The mobile version of Fortnite finally got support for mobile bluetooth gamepads. Epic Games introduced this in the game’s huge update today. It was announced last year that this was in the works.
Bluetooth controller support is available on both the iOS and Android versions of the game. On iOS, Epic says that all MFi controllers should work, Meanwhile on Android, most Bluetooth gamepads are compatible. Also, now on Android, Fortnite also supports 60Hz refresh rates on 3 devices. The devices are the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, Huawei Honor View 20, and Huawei Mate 20 X.
Apart from these, the update also brings a lot to the game itself, including a new chiller grenade, a large number of vaulted guns, and an experimental tournament type that’s focused on building.
