Mi 11 Lite 4G is here to stay
Mi 11 Lite 4G was recently introduced in the Indian market and got a good review overall and garnered a lot of attention owing to the sheer marvel of engineering that it is. Packaged inside a super-slim and ultra-light package was an A grade device at a reasonable price point.
Rumours of the smartphone being discontinued from the company has been doing rounds on the internet today. Speculations suggest that Xiaomi is willing to launch the Mi 11 Lite is a 5G avatar with the Snapdragon 780G chipset. The variant in the picture is already on sale in China and is 5G enabled.
But a conversation with our source has brought to light that the rumour of the Mi 11 Lite 4G being discontinued is merely a rumour. The device is still up on the website and is not being discontinued so soon. The possibilities of a 5G variant has not been ruled out, however. A 5G model with a more powerful SD 780G can be launched in the future but will probably sell alongside the existing portfolio.
