AMD is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Like Intel, the company has announced gold editions of its Ryzen 7 2700X CPU and the Radeon VII GPU. The latter comes in a gorgeous red chassis and backplate while the former features premium packaging and CEO Dr. Lisa Su’s signature imprinted on the chip. AMD is staying true to its nature by selling the two products at their retail prices, but since these are collectibles, the price is bound to go up. Newegg is selling the Ryzen 5 2600 for $50 less with two AAA titles, namely the Gold Edition of The Division 2 and World War Z are bundled with it.

The 2600 usually retails for $200, but Newegg is offering it for $150. The default price is $165, but using the coupon “EMCTYWT23” lets you slash another 15 bucks off the already discounted cost. To top it off, you get two games worth $139 free with the purchase. The Gold Edition of Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, plus World War Z a title in which AMD GPUs completely crush the competing NVIDIA cards.

The AMD Ryzen 5 2600 is a hex-core CPU with 12 threads clocked at a base clock of 3.4GHz and a boost of 3.9GHz. The processor comes packaged with the Wraith Cooler and an unlocked multiplier for improved overclocking. It has a TDP of 65W.
