AMD launched its new series of GPUs based on the NAVI architecture recently at Computex. Two standard and one special edition cards were unveiled in the series, namely Radeon RX 5700, RX 5700 XT and RX 5700 XT 50th Anniversary Edition.

It was always expected for AMD to add more GPUs to the Navi family but the names and the actual number of cards were not known. However, according to the latest leak coming from Komachi’s Twitter, SAPPHIRE might have just given the game away regarding the new Radeon RX 5000 series GPUs.

SAPPHIRE just recently registered multiple cards in the Radeon RX 5000 series at The European Economic Community (EEC).

A total of 22 different GPUs were registered by SAPPHIRE at EEC. They’re listed below:

    • RX 5950 XT
    • RX 5950
    • RX 5900 XT
    • RX 5900
    • RX 5850 XT
    • RX 5850
    • RX 5800 XT
    • RX 5800
    • RX 5750 XT
    • RX 5750
    • RX 5700 XT
    • RX 5700
    • RX 5650 XT
    • RX 5650
    • RX 5600 XT
    • RX 5600
    • RX 5550 XT
    • RX 5550
    • RX 5500 XT
    • RX 5500
    • RX 590 XT
    • RX 590

Now, the chances of AMD actually releasing such a huge number of models in the Radeon RX 5000 series are quite low. This could just be a time-saving tactic used by SAPPHIRE by registering every possible trademark at once.

But this does not mean that we can’t expect any new cards in the Radeon RX 5000 series, many of these registered models could turn out to be actual cards and could be launched in the future. Additionally, AMD is also expected to release new Navi GPUs meant for the high-end market, so that’s also something to look forward to.
