Earlier this week, TechPowerUp reported that MSI’s AMD 300 and 400 series motherboards won’t be getting a BIOS update for the upcoming Ryzen 3000 or Zen2 processors. An official MSI support email misinformed the owner of an MSI X370 XPOWER GAMING TITANIUM motherboard that it won’t be receiving any BIOS updates. MSI today reaffirmed their intentions to support AMD 300 and 400 series AM4 motherboards for the upcoming Zen 2 processors.
